Just a quick thought for my friends networking new career opportunities.

We can rack up a lot of experience, but sadly not a lot of traction. In this, traction often times derives from definition. As in.. definition of who I am and what I do for businesses. Definition as in.. giving my network clarity of who I am in order to release them to tell others of what I do.

It’s funny, so much of networking is like the childhood game of telephone. How clear have you defined who you are and what you offer? Is it clear enough for it to come back to you in the form of opportunity?
